What is QIU?
QIU is not a job portal. It’s a live interview platform where candidates skip applications and go straight into real conversations with recruiters who are actively hiring.
Is QIU already live?
QIU is currently under active development. We are building and testing the platform to make sure the experience is fast, simple, and truly focused on real interviews. Access will open very soon, and anyone will be able to join once we launch.

No. There are no applications, no forms, and no CV uploads. If your profile matches what a recruiter is looking for, you are invited directly into a live interview.

Yes. QIU is completely free for candidates. There are no fees to join, interview, or get hired.

Does creating a profile guarantee an interview?
No, and that is intentional. Interviews only happen when there is a real match and a recruiter is actively hiring. This avoids wasted time and false expectations.
What happens if I don’t get interviews right away?
Nothing negative. Your profile remains active, and you can be invited to interviews as new roles open that match your profile. We will notify you when there is an interview looking for professionals like you.
